Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est le canapé lit qui n'est pas très confortable, la pose d'une boîte à clé serait plus pratique et l'ascenseur du bâtiment n'est pas très sécurisé...

Dobra lokalizacja, sklep blisko, morze blisko, duży taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Jedyne co bym dodała to jakieś mini żele pod prysznic, deski do krojenia i kilka saszetek z kawą czy herbatą i cukier (taka powitalny paczka, na pierwszy dzień) :) Ale cały apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, plyn do prania, suszarka na pranie(na tarasie) suszarka do włosów, nawet farelka (podgrzewacz) na chłodniejsze dni, mimo że była działająca sprawnie klimatyzacja :) Klucze odbierane są w innym miejscu, ale nie stanowiło to dla nas problemu jo mieliśmy wypożyczone auto. Trochę ciężko znalezc miejsce do zaparkowania blisko adresu, ale to akurat problem w całej Walencji i w sumie w Hiszpanii😅.;) Byliśmy w dwie pary, ja z partnerem i moi rodzice. I z sypialni i z salonu można wyjsc na taras.

This property had everything we needed and more! There was a dishwasher and a couple of tablets so no washing up, there was also a washing machine so we came home with clean clothes..bonus. Everything was really local, beach, tram, marina. Perfect location for us. The Calma Beach restaurant kind of below the apartment was a great place to eat and drink.

There was only one toilet roll which was ok if you’re just there for a long weekend but we had a full week booked. I had read this in the reviews and in all honesty it was less than 2€ for a park of 4 from the local shop.

Ángel, der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war sehr aufmerksam und hat viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist ausgezeichnet gelegen nahe am Meer und trotzdem auch sehr gut mit der Innenstadt verbunden. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür. Große Terrasse vorhanden. Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. WLAN funktionierte ausgezeichnet.

Es ist etwas umständlich, den Schlüssel erst in der Altstadt in der Verwaltung abzuholen. Größerer Topf. Pfanne und Schüssel wären wünschenswert

Bardzo dobrze skomunikowany obiekt, położony przy samych przystankach komunikacyjnych (2 autobusowe, 2 tramwajowe i w miarę blisko do stacji metra). Apartament przestrony z wszystkimi udostępnieniami.

Dwie rzeczy wpływają na obniżoną ocenę: 1) lokalizacja sypialni - przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy i hałas w nocy jest nie do zniesienia, podobnie nad ranem już około godz. 6.00 jak budzi się miasto. Na domiar złego okna są jednoszybowe i praktycznie nie niwelują hałasu ulicznego więc należy zaopatrzyć się w zatyczki do uszu, aby spokojnie przespać noc i nie zostać obudzonym o 5 czy 6 rano. 2) odbiór kluczy - po drugiej stronie miasta jest biuro gdzie należy odebrać klucze, a apartament znajduje się blisko morza. Jest kłopotliwą rzeczą przejazd z lotniska z walizkami przez całe miasto do biura - a następnie znowu do apartamentu. W mojej ocenie należało by zamontować przy drzwiach sejf z kodem i tam umieszczać klucze.

Clés à aller chercher à 20 min en bus de ville(en plein centre)et caution demandée à mon fils de 19 ans alors que je ne l’ai vue marqué nulle part.(1ere fois sur booking) Nous etions 2(mon fils et moi)et avons dû faire notre lit à l’arrivée (draps trouvés sous un lit coffre en vrac) Odeur de friture du matin au soir sur terrasse..dommage car magnifique,mais restaurant en dessous et aération à hauteur de terrasse
