location is good.
pillow was very thick and hard. very uncomfortable and when I asked for a different one they said that all their pillows are the same

Location, cleanliness
They didn’t let me bring my friend in. Even though he is not supposed to stay there. I wanted an extra 🔑 key. But I was denied. My friend was helping me a lot because it was difficult for me to understand things in and around Japan. But it was a shame that my friend had wait outside for me for an hour.
