Very spacious apartment, two large double rooms and good size living space. Great central location for visiting Tournon. The facilities in the apartment were excellent. We stayed 3 nights so washing machine and ironing very helpful.
The flat above was sometimes very noisy. Plenty of banging around for long periods.
The parking outside is limited. Not as simple as advertised. You can't just leave your car outside for 3 days. It'll get towed away. We used the main underground car park, you have to pay but its safe and secure. Main construction works opposite. Very noisy.

"Great location and very tidy. Very spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable, a few good basics like salt and pepper etc."
