We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel is beautiful, and our room was spacious with a fantastic ocean view. The shower was also huge, which was a lovely bonus.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was such a great variety of options, everything was delicious, and we really looked forward to breakfast every morning. We loved it!
The staff were exceptional and really went above and beyond for us. We accidentally lost our GoPro while we were in Nara, quite far from the hotel in Okinawa. The hotel staff kindly contacted the local police and helped us recover it, and thankfully we got it back! We really appreciated how much effort they made to help us. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
The location was also very convenient, especially for island hopping, as the hotel is close to the port. This made getting around and visiting other islands so easy.
We had the best time here and are incredibly grateful to all the staff for making our stay so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is great for our purpose since we were taking a next morning boat trip from the port next door. (note: it is not in a good spot if you want to walk to restaurants or go to the beach) We were in Okinawa to scuba dive so it was great. The hotel is very clean, modern and has a beautiful gallery. Breakfast was so wonderful. It is full of fresh foods and juices and a peaceful way to start the morning.
I need to work in a room so I need a small desk or small table and there wasn't one
I was not a fan of the check in kiosk, If I talk to a person and tell them who I am, I don't want to redo it at a kiosk to pay.

Breakfast was very good and while the location isn't central, the views are good and the area is quiet, we enjoyed the walk into the city center. Plus the food we had on arrival in the afternoon was excellent.
