If you are planning a stay in Olhao this place is your best bet. The owners are so gracious and accommodating. The rooms are impeccably clean and the rooftop deck overlooks the town with a view of the ocean...beautiful!. My daughter and I stayed there for 2 weeks after Christmas and could have stayed longer. I loved the location next to the church and the sound of the bells chiming throughout the day. I really can't say enough good things about this place, it's a great deal!

Friendly and welcoming owners, great location and excellent room (which we got bigger than expected). Wonderful view from the huge roof tarrace. Many restaurants around and close to the local market and boats. Obrigada:)

The couple who own this place seem lovely, and so I am sorry to write this review. I understand that it was off-season, and maybe they weren't completely focused. The place was very clean and in a good location--be patient, it can be a little hard to find. My luggage is a little heavy, and the elevator was a nice surprise! The roof terrace was nice, even if I didn't spend much time there.

There were two choices when I booked--a "twin room" or a "family room." As I was traveling alone, I chose the twin room. I have slept in other twin beds in Portugal, and they were fine. The twin beds I was given here were unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable--little more than a bench with a cushion. As I was the only guest, they should have offered an upgrade, as I saw they did in other reviews. So, even if you're traveling alone, book the family room. Otherwise, you may wind up having sleepless nights.

Extremely close to the centre with lots of restaurants and port 5 minutes away by foot. Incredible roof terrace with a beautiful view of the roofs of Olhao. Service was lovely with very kind and helpful hosts.

Super cozy place and apartament (Dolphin) in the center of city. Everything was clean, good eguipment: coffee, tea, glasses, fridge. Nice view from big terrace:) its possible to grill on terrace:) Thank you for nice staying:)

The location is very nice. With nice neighbourhoods and hostess. I had a very good time in Olhão.

It was a little bit noisy at night because my room was in the side of street.

Exceptionally clean apartment, everything we needed provided, Lalitha also gave us a free upgrade to an apartment instead of the room we had booked, so great to have extra space and a well-equipped kitchen. Very good shower, perfect extra large super comfortable bed, another bedroom we didn't use but good for a family, and we loved the rooftop terrace with great views over the old town, comfy chairs and sunbeds, even a hammock! Also so welcome to have a lift/elevator up to 1st and 2nd floors, especially at end of a long day! Everything worked and was of good quality.

Nothing, it was perfect in every way.

Super clean, spacious and really hospitable hosts, close to the city attractions, markets and transportation.

Some neighbors were pretty loud at night even with the windows shut, it's old town charm and vibe but sometimes you just need a good night rest.

Comfy apartment, close to the local restaurants and the marina. Lalitha was very helpful when we arrived and provided a map and timetable for the ferries to the beaches. The roof terrace was spacious and a fun place to wind down in the evening. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable and we both slept very well.

This is a very small point but it would have been nice to have another mirror in the room, as there was only a mirror in the bathroom.

The building is very well located, a few minutes from the center. It is well kept and the owners are amazing and kind people. We also really loved the terrace.

I was hoping that there was a stove to cook, but the owners explained that wasn't possible now. They have microwave and everything else you may need to refrigerate food and drinks, boil water and make salads.

Very nice and kind host, spacious room and wonderful rooftop over the beautiful city of Olhao ! Lalitha was always smiling and ready to answer any question we had ! A perfect getaway ! Would 100% recommend!!

Great wee place to stay, superb location , host is full of smiles and apartment was just what wee needed. Great roof terrace with barbecue x

The room was spacious with 2 small single beds. the addition of a cold bar was welcomed as I could keep food and drinks cool. The bathroom and shower were well serviced and both good sizes. Air-conditioning will be a big bonus in warmer weather.

Beds could have been a bit bigger.

everything was just perfect, the apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Miguel and his wife were very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend staying here.

Great sized room with everything we needed, and absolutely spotless! A few minutes walk to the beachfront and restaurants. Lalitha was very friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice for the area.

The only downside was poor noise insulation to the corridor/lobby, so we could hear very clearly when other guest were checking in/talking.

Check in was the best i ever had i got there around midnight and I was given the keys to my room and told to come back in the morning to pay my room bill, it’s been over 20 years since I was was in the country and it was great to be back, the location of this hotel is fantastic i will be coming back to stay again soon, and i was very surprised to see at the hotel had a elevator it was not on the website all the best nick

We absolutely loved this place. It was sparkling clean and spacious. We had a few issues on our trip and the owners were extremely helpful and forthcoming in order to accommodate all our needs. Beautiful rooftop terrace. We would have extended our stay but it was fully booked. We would definitely come back. Muito obrigada!
