The apartment was clean and tidy, all the basic things were in place. The communication with the office was quick and helpful. During the emergency situation later in the evening (after 10 pm) people were in the office and the action was taken immediately, which was really impressive! All the necessary safety measures were applied.
The room is beautifully designed and decorated, laconically but with taste.
The location wasn't as good as we expected: a bit far from the central part of the city, although the transportation was quite efficient. The construction works outside were a bit noisy in the morning.
It would be advisable to have some appliances for tidying the place (a broom or a mop) for guests who stay more than 3-4 days. Also, the cooker and the TV set could be supplied with manuals as how to use and tune them.
No instructions about the garbage disposal.

The TV was very good, bed was comfortable
Kitchen very small, the cooking ware needs changing, mixing bowel has cracks and leaks. Not enough towels for two people. 1 out of three heating rails doesn’t work.

Przy dodatkowej osobie dostaliśmy dodatkowe rozkładane łóżko, kontakt z właścicielem był bez zastrzeżeń, właściciel pomocny i kontaktowy także na duży plus,
Duża dopłata za dodatkową osobę

The bathroom was very small, the sink had a problem, like it coming out (need to be fixed).
