Location was great for us, nothing else around ,pool was nice size but a little bit cold. We stayed at the beginning of July. Temperature 35-37. The wind sometimes got up, and this was a blessing. No air conditioning but the bedroom was very cool and 1 fan was in the property if needed
Mattress was a bit too soft

I loved the solitude and the pool is deep enough for tall people like myself (6'1), Karen was very attentive and was a great host

Karen was very helpful in getting us set up in the house
The basement bedrooms have no heat and were very cold during our stay in December. I recommend that the owners buy e;lectric space heaters for each BR rather than providing more comforters. A much better solution!
