Lovely house. Lovely little village. Good bus route.
There were 6 adults so another toilet would have been great. Late check in at 5pm could be improved however the welcome pack inside the house states 3pm. Sykes cottages would not allow an earlier check in. We travelled from Yorkshire and arrived early.

Good location, bed linen nice a fresh and plenty of room in the property.
Some areas needing attention which were already in the maintenance book for several years

Good selection of DVDs to watch, comfy bed, lovely warm conservatory, good shower, well equipped kitchen.
Less spiders and not smelling (slightly) of dog

location and kitchen facilities were good
poor attention to detail i.e - outside table legs corroded and broken, bedroom door hinge broken. property was tired dated and in need of an upgrade for the funds charged
