The location was great for a tourist. Near notre dame, the Seine, and close to conveniences such as a cute park, Monoprix, café, pharmacy, metro. The building it's self is also old and charming. The bedroom was cozy for our family of 3. The size of the apartment matches the photos so I wouldn't complain about the dimensions. The cot bed was perfect for our 2 year old, but a note for young families - it is not a pack and play or contained cot that is provided, but a chair that converts into a single bed. Air conditioner provided in each space was appreciated.
The place is very shabby and in need of sprucing up. There is a general lack of cleanliness, and the white couch and rug should be replaced, they are turning grey and make it feel gross to sit down. The living room area is in rough shape, the washroom and bedroom are not perfect but ok.

"There were plenty of dishes, extra towels, extra pillows, hangers, a iron, TV, a hairdryer, good and flexible room heating and the building we stayed in was Picturesque."
