We spent 2 weeks here and very much enjoyed it. Communication was easy with owner. Back patio was ideal for having dinners in the evening. House was well stocked with the essentials. The house is in a nice neighborhood and with the mature landscaping the yard and pool area feel very private. The location was great for us, our daughters were doing a summer dance intensive that was less than 2 miles away. The house is very close to the 405 and 101 freeways for easy access to LA or getting around the valley. Thanks!

We stayed at this lovely property for seven nights while visiting our oldest daughter, son-in-law and grandson. What a great choice! It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is easily accessible to everything. The outdoor area is perfect -- private and comfortable. We ate most meals outside on the covered patio throughout our stay -- and the pool really added to our grandparent "cred" with our grandson. It truly felt like a retreat. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog -- she loved hanging out on the covered patio. The owner is very nice to work with -- friendly, responsive and accommodating. We love Los Angeles and we hope to return. We would love to get to stay at this property again.

This property is charming and a sweet little escape! Allison was communicative and a wonderful host. The bed was comfortable, the backyard is so inviting, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It felt like comfortable home away from home, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay although the house does need some upgrades including new washer/dryer and refrigerator and air conditioners in both bedrooms. The air unit in the living room was great. There were 5 feral cats in the back yard every day and since I am allergic to cats I didn't go outside. Overall the house was very comfortable.
