La casa Stefanakos è un bellissimo 75 mq. casa nel cuore dell'isola di Creta, situata in un magnifico ambiente naturale nella zona di Spili, con molti negozi, caffetterie, supermercati e taverne. La vista sulle montagne è straordinaria mentre la sua posizione ideale offre la possibilità di visitare sia la costa settentrionale che quella meridionale dell'isola.
La casa è appena stata rinnovata e può ospitare 5 persone in due camere da letto e in un divano letto. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e gli altri 2 ampi letti singoli. Ci sono due bagni moderni, con doccia / WC. La moderna cucina a pianta aperta è completamente attrezzata con molti elettrodomestici e tutte le basi di cottura, nonché con un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. L'ampio e confortevole soggiorno ha una grande TV satellitare e un enorme divano ad angolo. Ci sono unità A / C e copertura WiFi Internet. Ci sono grandi balconi, una grande area coperta e ombreggiata e una grande terrazza che è arredata con mobili da esterno e lettini e offre una vista eccellente sulle montagne e sul villaggio e l'area di Spili.
Il villaggio di Spili ha molte attrazioni turistiche e vari servizi, tutti raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa.

We enjoyed everything very much, everything was ok, great rooms, great wifi, great welcome, private parking place. Spili is a perfect little town with everything you need. One suggestion: some more coffeecups and knives, cissors, ... would make it perfect.

Me and some of my friends rented this house for a week, and we were more than happy With what we got. A lot of value for the money. Very clean and very Nice people renting it out for us. It is a bit away from the Big city, but i tought that was a good thing, after a night out it was Nice to come back there and relax With a beer and some music. Would recomend

The details given about the property are accurate. We never met the owner, but he gave clear instructions about how to find and enter the property by WhatsApp. The property has a spacious lounge and kitchen and two moderate sized bedrooms, neither of which has en suite facilities. There are however two shower rooms with toilets, both quite small and as far away from the bedrooms as it is possible to get (one off the lounge and one off the kitchen respectively. While this may not be a problem to everyone it may affect those with mobility issues. The access to the property using a car is by a rear access road down a steep slope to the property. There is private parking for a vehicle on land opposite the house. The property is just off the main road through the village. Pedestrian access is from the main road up a very short steep path. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and the kitchen is stocked with most kitchen and cookery utensils that are needed for a self-catering holiday. There is a roof space which is very suitable for sunbathing and boasts sun beds and dining table and chairs. The washing machine is also to be found here. This failed to work properly. The owner offered to have our partly washed clothes laundered again. We didn't take advantage and no one appeared to rectify the fault during our stay.Spili was a little disappointing. A week was too long.
