Great location, very spacious, with both an open patio and a balcony overlooking the street below. There was a table outside that could seat four people, for a meal that could be prepared in the small kitchen. The place was very clean, and a delight to stay at.
I had the top floor unit, which was on the third floor, with only stairs to access this unit. But that wasn’t too bad.

Our family stayed in room 301, the rooftop room, for six nights. The room was very clean. The kitchen, dining area, and bathroom are located on the west side terrace. From the terrace, we could see the roof of the market and the western mountains. There is another east side terrace that overlooks the street filled with various shops and people passing by. All the necessary items were prepared. We could purchase fresh fruits and meals every morning at the market. We had a great time in Chiang Mai.
Sometimes, sounds from the street might interrupt your sleep.

It was more of an AirBnB style flat, with self check-in and check-out. And we didn't mind at all.
You've got everything you need in the kitchenette, in the bathroom, in the room! We also had a terrace with a beaufiul view on Doi Suthep, as well as a balcony on the other side with the view on the street.
It's located at the Chiang Mai gate, next to a market and next to the Saturday walking market.
I'd definitely come back.
The door to the room was a little bit tricky to close from the inside.
