Beautiful Contemporary Farmhouse close to Oak Bluffs
La casa colonica contemporanea magnificamente mantenuta dispone di un piano piano aperto. Il primo piano ha una cucina aperta, sala da pranzo, zona soggiorno e spaziosa camera familiare / den con un divano letto e portefinestre per la privacy con un bagno completo. Il soggiorno comprende un camino a gas per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata.
Al piano superiore ha tre ampie camere da letto, una zona salotto e altri due bagni completi. Amerai il portico avvolgente del contadino che include una sezione schermata. Il portico è completo di bilancieri e diverse aree salotto. Le aree di vita esterne includono anche un ponte posteriore e un'area patio nel cortile recintato che è un bellissimo paesaggio. Una doccia esterna (un must per Vineyard) è fuori dal ponte posteriore.
Questa casa di poco meno di 2000 piedi quadrati è ben attrezzata con aria centrale, lavatrice, asciugatrice, sedie a sdraio, due televisori a schermo grande, internet wireless e grill a gas. La posizione è comoda per il centro città di Oak Bluffs, traghetti, spiagge locali e piste ciclabili. Goditi i tramonti o fai una passeggiata mattutina sulla Laguna, che dista solo 5-10 minuti a piedi.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Grant and Monika’s home. Grant was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was clean, spacious, and had many areas outside to relax. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of items to cook a meal, and they supplied plenty of bathroom items, as well. Their home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the bike path and town. It’s a self catering home, so shop ahead. We highly recommend their home and will definitely stay here in the future!

Grant is excellent at communicating and exceeding needs. This home is beautiful and in a great location. The property is very well maintained and I felt the owner really went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. If you are considering a visit the Marthas Vinyard, do not hesitate to stay here, you will love it.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. The house is wonderful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We stayed with our two adult children. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. The large family room was great for us to come together to enjoy the Olympics. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, the sitting area outside was a nice addition. We loved sitting on the covered front porch and the enclosed porch as well. The owner, Grant, was the best. He was responsive and gracious with his time whenever we had questions. Great location as well. Short drive to Circuit. You can also enjoy a walk to town. We hope to be able to enjoy this home again in the near future.

My family and I stayed in Grant’s beautiful home for 10 days in late August. The house was spotless and extremely well laid out — morning coffee on the screened in porch was the perfect way to start each day. The house is in a great location — a short drive/walk to OB and a short drive to VH. We also liked the fact that the house is on a cup-de-sac. Our kids enjoyed the freedom of being able to ride their bikes alone in the street. Also, Grant made the stay totally hassle free with very helpful touches — water bottles and a couple bottles of wine at the house upon arrival, assistance with ferry tickets, etc. We have visited the Vineyard for years and this house and experience was a real highlight. We would definitely stay again.
