An absolute paradise! The condo was clean, well equipped, and in a quiet, safe area with beautiful beach. Wonderful host! Would recommend! We will be returning next year!

Communication and expectations were great. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Convenient to grocery store and shopping. Unit was clean.

Our trip to Puerto Rice covered a good portion of the island so we picked a couple different places to stay. The location of this property was very convenient as we visited Old San Juan and explored El Yunque National Forest. The unit was clean and a great fit for our family of 5. The access to the washer and dryer was a blessing in the middle of our trip. The only complaint is something that has nothing to do with the unit itself. The ocean/beach adjacent to the property had a lot of grass in it. I am not sure if it is something that is always like that in that area or if it was due to a recent storm or other activity. Thankfully, there was a pool, so after getting a little beach time in, we headed to the pool. I would book again if we traveled to the area in the future.

We were so pleased with this location - especially how exceedingly clean the apartment was. Peter was very responsive and gave us helpful information even before we arrived. Thank you Peter!
