Dirty cr, dirty floor, ( small cockroach in the toilet and under the bed) in more effort in cleanliness and maintainance of the room

The staff was not prepared. I booked for the standard double room but instead they told me that the rate I booked is for a Single bed.room only. Info was.misleading online. That's why I cancelled and requested to waive the fee since I did not push through.

Everything. There are cockroaches everywhere. This listing should be removed from bookings.com. I'm never coming back to this place.

The one who assisted us to our room upon check in and before we checked out was nice. The other girl seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She told us to park anywhere else even if it was outside their building perimeter. My god.

There were cockroaches. There was also a sanitary pad inserted in the gap between the wall. They did not clean the room! Yuck! No towel or even a face towel. No sheet or even a thin sheet for a single person. I doubt if they even clean the pillowcases and the bed sheets. Tho they didnt smell bad. They should have just charged lower than 1k for a night. It's not value for money compared to others with the same range of price. We waited 1 hour before a receptionist could assist us to check out. No one was answering on the 4 cellphone numbers they have. Main door at the lobby was open at ungodly time without security guard of sort. Very bad customer service.

Disappointed with what I saw. Rooms are very small and when I saw the toilet, WORST of all! After an hour, I left the area and transferred to another hotel.
