Questa è una casa nuova di zecca con vista mozzafiato. Splendidamente incastonato nel Monte. Hualalai che è il tuo cortile e una splendida vista sull'oceano nella parte anteriore. Non vorrai mai lasciare il lusso e il comfort di questa casa. La brezza di montagna significa che hai il tuo AC, fornito dalla natura, ma i ventilatori a soffitto si trovano in ogni stanza.
C'è un campo di capre amichevoli su un lato della proprietà, sì, puoi dar loro da mangiare :) e 2 polli per le uova del mattino, in un recinto dietro la casa. Sono anche amichevoli e l'amore si tiene.
Avrai alberi di papaia e potrai prenderne quanti ne vuoi.
*** Disponibile per te: attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, sedie, ombrellone, asciugamani, dispositivo di raffreddamento, boogie board, tavola lunga soft top, portapacchi se necessario. Inoltre, un baldacchino, noodles e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini.

This home was well equipped for our stay. We like to cook in and the kitchen had what we needed! The lanai and the views of the ocean and sunsets were really awesome. Location is a little interesting but you definitely feel like you're in the tropics with lots of birds and creatures making sounds in the night. The cow and the rooster added to the experience. Only complaint was the yapping dogs at the neighbors house. We also appreciated the beach gear - cooler, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. Overall a very nice home and I would recommend it!

Gordon’s house is a very good size for 6 people. The view and sunsets were delightful. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. I liked all the updated appliances.
We would stay here again. My husband and I thought the beds were a little too soft but my daughter and husband had no complaints.
We had trouble with a TV but there were three of them and two were sufficient for our enjoyment.

Everything you need is here and you're only a 10 min drive to Kona. Beautiful property in the hills just above town. They had toys for the kids, all the beach gear needed, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Clean, quiet and a central location with beautiful sunset views. The perfect elevation for day time sun and cooler evenings for sleeping. AC is not needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The owner was prompt to answer any questions and friendly.

VERY MODERN INTERIOR. OPEN SPACE. STRONG SHOWER. CLOSE TO COFFEE FARMS. LISTEN TO COQUI FROG SOUNDS EVERY NIGHT. OCEAN VIEW. QUIET. HAS BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, SURFBOARDS AVAILABLE. OWNER RESPONDS FAST. CHECK OUT KINDA EARLY @ 9AM. MY KIDS AND WIFE LOVED THE HOUSE.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house is newer and has all the amenities one could want or need. We loved the ocean views, the animals and the secluded feel. Its fantastic for families. Would stay here again!

Family of 5 vacation
We had a great stay. Beautiful home, very clean with everything we could need. A cozy deck with an amazing view. Easy, quick drive from town. Would highly recommend!!

Kona House Relaxation & Rejuvenation
This property & house was fully equipped for our family to have a great vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and had a lot of extra items for the beach. We will recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

Enjoyed sitting out in the balcony, and seeing the goats. Glad to have bogie boards. One inconvenience was not having a garbage disposal.

We had an awesome trip to Kona and a great stay at the Blue Marlin Lodge.
A beautiful home with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and well appointed from plenty of extra linens, to kitchen supplies and comfortable furniture/bedding. Shawn and Kimberly truly go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need for your stay. We arrived and found a plethora of brand new baby and kid items which made the stay with our 4 and 1 year old nephews that much nicer.
Activities and beaches were all a quick drive and the home came with lots of great beach gear (pop-up shelter, beach wagon, rolling cooler, boogie boards, towels and snorkeling gear).
Don’t forget about the neighbor’s goats and cow in the surrounding yard - our kids loved feeding them fresh papaya from one of the many papaya trees on the property. The hosts even left some hay for the kids to feed them.
Check in was a breeze. The hosts reached out and let us know we could check in early since the house was ready. When we arrived the house was open with fans going and windows open…felt like we were checking into a nice hotel :)
Check out was also great. Our flights were delayed for several hours and the hosts graciously allowed us to take our time checking out that day. We cleaned up like we would our own home (excluding scrubbing bathrooms and doing the laundry) and were refunded our cleaning fee.
I’m sure I’m leaving off a lot of other great things, but you get it - this is a great place to stay!

This was a beautiful house located an easy drive from downtown Kona and the beaches north of Kona. My three kids loved the bunk room and the two other bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was clean and looked brand new.

Beautiful stay in Kona!
What a great property! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do on the west side of the island (including Mauna Kea). For our group of 7 adults, we had plenty of space. The house is well furnished (especially the kitchen, with just about every random thing you might possibly need). The view over the ocean is beautiful and yes, there are goats that you can feed! :) Shawn and Kim were so kind with a few personal surprises that we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay at the Blue Marlin
Out of all the places I’ve stayed in when visiting Kona, this has been my absolute favorite! It was clean, spacious, new, relaxing, and welcoming. Captain Sean was very quick to respond and provided some treats for us when we arrived. I hope this place is available when we return next year.

Big Island Fun with Family
We enjoyed our stay with our family of five for a long weekend.
