The location of the property was great and the host was a big help from the start. Upon request, she added Irn Bru into the room for my brothers. Really helpful.

Proximity to station and to water front.
Personal welcome from host and the opportunity to meet Ali after our stay too.
Generosity of host to compensate us for lift bring out of operation by providing a voucher for Costa.
Overall a house would be preferable to a flat.
The dining table, which was a hybrid coffee table and dining table didn't seem very stable.
