Really spacious room in a beautiful location with a very kind host

We loved staying at the Sara guesthouse. It is on a quiet street, the apartment is large and comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The location was most wonderful, in a quiet residential area with some sounds of neighbourhood life during the day to make one feel at home. It is walking distance to shops (delicious fresh bread bakery!) and restaurants, the cheap ferry to the east bank, and the magical Nile. The apartment was aesthetically pleasing, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There were no mosquitos in autumn, but for summer, the windows have mosquito screens so they can be open and breezy without letting mozzies in. The hosts arranged a driver for me, and Said was professional and interesting to talk to, and gave me some great tips about off-the-beaten track sites to see -- ask him!

The host and the house were awesome, highly recommend. Also, very supportive with planning any kinds of trips around Luxor

The guesthouse is beautifully designed and decorated, especially the balcony on the first floor. It was lovely having breakfast seeing the view of the banana plantation. The rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Saed was extremely helpful and offered us a lift to show us the area and where the shops were on the main road. He was always available to help with requests, communicated well and made our stay a comfortable one.

As we visited in June, it was very hot and in the living room there were only 2 ceiling fans but no aircon (there was great aircon in all other rooms)

The apartment is absolutely lovely. It is spacious with everything you would need for an extended stay. There is an incredible view from the balcony of the neighbouring banana plantation. There are two bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a full kitchen. The apartment is at the end of a quiet road with friendly locals. It feels like a calm oasis in the heat and bustle of Luxor. Hamada was very responsive and extremely helpful with organising tours and transport for us during our stay. Highly recommend for your next visit to Luxor!

We don’t have anything negative to say about the apartment itself or the immediate area. Good eating options on the west bank were limited, but there were plenty of boats ready to take visitors to the east bank if needed.

Nice and spacious appartement. Perfect location to see all the tempels. @ a walking distance from the Nile and ferry. Only a short distance with a taxi or tuk tuk to the other temples king valley Queens valley ect. Right next to a bannana plantation witch is really Nice. Stores and restaurants close by. A lot of room, clean spacious quiet neighbourhood with verry friendly locals living there. All the conveniounces you could need are present.

For me there are no cons !

The property is very well located, and extremely nice. I saw the pictures and thought it looked nice. But when getting there is even nicer. Very comfortable and well decorated. The hosts provided us tips of how to visit places, and it was wonderful. We had a great stay.

Everything was perfect!

Very beautiful situated in a quite street. We had a room in the first floor with a huge terrasse overlooking a banana field, where we could enjoy the sunset. The room is very spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen and living room for shared use. The owner is very helpful and gives all information needed.
