Personal war sehr sympathisch und sehr gute Gastgeber. Sie haben mich sogar in die spätere Stunde sehr freundlich empfangen und sich für meinen Komfort gekümmert. Am nächsten Morgen war meinen Abflug und sie haben sich für meine Abreise gekümmert und mir Taxi bestellt

Good hotel. Friendly and good-natured host. Room and bed are clean. Arrived late at night, asked to be met. Not only was I met, but even after leaving the hotel they took me to the airport. I meet such a service. Many thanks to the owners and employees of the hotel. I wish you to prosper. Keep it up!!!

Honestly the only good thing was the guy behind the reception who was really helpful.
Very small only 1 chair for balcony partner had to get another from restaurant himself, wasn’t the cleanest muck in fridge also 3 pieces of chewing gum on table on which looked like it been there for a while. I looked at the pics from website please don’t be fooled like I was.

Overall all my expectations were met. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room size was adequate and I felt that the restaurant was excellent. The salad which I ordered in Ego in Tarnovo and the same salad which I ordered at the hotel were incomparable. I genuinely feel that restaurant has exceeded my expectations.
I feel that the reception should operate 24/7. It was most unfortunate that on the day I was leaving there was nobody there.

the reception is closed over night though it was stated it works 24 hrs in the description of the hotel. I called the administrator to help with taxi and he checked that the car is on the way but I had to wait for the car outside early in the morning because the main entrance was closed.
the room was extremely small. no shower cabin, only the shower set as in many appartments in Bulgaria, but still it's not comfortable.

I liked that they have the offer for picking up at the airport. Very convenient.
Not the best experience, as I am 1.9m tall and I barely fitted in the bed, also not that clean.

The stuff is very welcoming and flexible, ready to meet the guest's needs.
A stressfull layover became a nice experience and now I know where to stay next time I will have the chance to visit properly the city. Strongly suggested!!!

Very good place for a one night stay. Cosy, clean, not far from the airport, there are some local places to eat and buy something if needed.
It was very cold in the room when we arrived but there was a heater so it was ok.

The location is close to the airport. The mattress was very comforting. There is a KFC neatly and a bus stop if you need it. They are flexible in the check out.
It was cold and the heater was dusty and when I switched it on I started coughing so I have to switched off. There wasn't blanket and I found a white one into the wardrobe but it was a little bit dirty.

-hotel is a bit isolated. It is great for one night of you have to go early to the airport like I did but I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night as it is far from the city.

The staff are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Reception area and rooms are clean.
Great for an overnight stay before a flight but far away from the city attractions. Wifi very slow and unreliable.

The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to every question and request.
There was a private parking and a spot was reserved for my car.
The room, the bathroom and the bed sheets were clean.
The double bed was located on some elevated floor about 6-8 cm above the room floor. That ledge is a stumbling danger and tripping hazard, especially during the night. Moreover the carpet and most of the furniture were dark colors and no contrast nor any lighting could help to see that step even during the day...
The blankets were thin and it felt cold during the night. The closet was tiny and there were no hangers inside.
The kitchenette cabinets and drawers were all empty and dusty inside. No silverware, cups, glasses etc.

one side of the bed you bang your head on the slopey ceiling when you stand up. Only 1 v.small pillow each. Bathroom door handle broken - you cannot shut door. No restaurants nearby.

Clean, staff was informative.
This property is NOT a hotel, it is a guest house. There is no 24 hrs reception. There is a phone number listed for you to call if you need anything after hours (between 22:00 and 06:00). There is no shuttle to the airport, however the receptionist will assist with booking a cab. The AC in the room did not work.

Building is nice only outside
Towels with stains, location, reception was not working and nobody replied to phone. No time keeping as we requested airport shuttle early morning) and eventually had to take taxi (luckilly got one from street)

Staff were very helpful
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the only place to eat was KFC or food from the petrol station.
