Matapalo 603★Oceanview Studio Penthouse with a Private Jacuzzi
MAT603T - Questo lussuoso monolocale apt. si trova al sesto piano dell'elegante complesso Matapalo. I panorami dalla terrazza sono mozzafiato. Con un ampio spazio abitativo, una cucina completa e una terrazza privata con vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, questo è il rifugio romantico perfetto.
Questa unità può essere affittata anche come unità 2 o 3BR. Completamente chiuso dal piano inferiore, lo studio può essere aperto in un condominio con due camere da letto sottostante.
L'unità ha la leggera sensazione fluttuante di essere in un sogno. Pavimenti in piastrelle color crema con dettagli a ciottoli rotondi attraversano l'unità, rovesciandosi da porte in vetro su un patio che sembra portare nell'aria.
L'altezza è da capogiro e le grandi finestre e le porte di vetro danno la sensazione di essere entrate nel cielo invece di una suite attico. Dall'ampio balcone in cui bolle la Jacuzzi, la terra è svanita e ti rimane solo con il mare che si estende all'infinito, il suono delle onde, il pennello del vento. Oltre a un delizioso letto king size, c'è un'enorme cabina armadio e un ampio bagno attrezzato per due. Una generosa zona giorno e una piccola cucina con ripiani in granito soddisferanno le tue semplici esigenze di cottura. Lo studio ha un forno a microonde, una macchinetta del caffè, un piccolo frigorifero e un piano cottura.
Sotto, un'enorme piscina dal design organico è il centro dell'area del giardino e vanta un bar sull'acqua che non vorrai perderti. Dall'altra parte della strada un ristorante sull'oceano sta preparando prelibatezze tropicali per aggiungere dolcezza e spezie ai ricordi che porterai con te per tutta la vita.

This unit works extremely well for us and with addition of new refrigerator and coffee maker it was iproved. Can't say we need much else from the unit. We could have used another cleaning day given the number pf days we stayed.
Lola in RPM office is an All Star. Tremendous to work with. Can't say enough about her professionalism from reserving process and questions to end of stay arramgements.
As for EL Diria, tey really need to do something abut shade around the [ool. The fight tp "reserve" umbrellas is reidiculous and leads to a bad taste for everyone. This is the only negative about our stay and its getting so bad it could one day cause us not to want to be at Matapalo. They really shpuld get rud of the thatched umbrellas and paut an angled shade structure around the whole perimeter of the ool. If they want to thatch that to make it look tropical , OK, but get rid of the thatched umbrellas and tables which really limits the amount of shade for a few people.

The place is great! Awesome view and very spacious for two people. Lola is a great host and very responsive. Also great to have access to pool and close to beach! Very central location in Tamarindo!

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo was great with a fantastic view over town and to the beach...
Nicely furnished although we think, it could use more comfortable sofas and chairs.
There is a very small sofa in the LR, large enough for a 5’4” person like myself to lay down and relax. My husband had to read in bed cause it is too small for 2 people...could use a second sofa and or 2 chairs.
The bed was super comfy but 2 pillows are not enough and they were totally uncomfortable... luckily, we always bring 2 with us when we go on vacation.
The coverlet on the bed had stains so i took it off and the 3 throw pillows where falling apart...the kitchen did not have the greates assortment of cooking utensils.. not even a cutting board or sharp knife.
The sofa and chair in the terrace are uncomfortable to lounge and had stains... needs new bottom cushion and for the back. No lounge chairs either... Hard to relax on a terrace on 2 chairs and a sofa with no back support...
The bathrooms were fine but the lights above the sinks gave no light for shaving or anything else one needs like to put on make up...water pressure was great and hot water almost instant.
It states on the RPM website that there is a washer and dryer but is not true. We had to find a laundry service because Doris Hotel does not offer it to matapalo guests.
We found it around the corner. They wash the laundry but half of my t.shirts came out shrunk!
They really should have W/D at condos!
