Shorewood 421 ha tutto l'essenziale e altro, la cucina è completamente attrezzata, ci sono TV a schermo piatto e internet wireless, chiave facile meno entrata. Questa spaziosa residenza al piano superiore dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi con vista sul cortile e sulla piscina e scorci sull'oceano. Offre anche un parcheggio appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso. King in the master, 2 regine in BR2 e un'altra regina in BR3. Una volta che rimani qui, la tua famiglia farà ricordi duraturi e vorrà tornare ancora e ancora! Shorewood è una delle nostre proprietà più richieste nella zona, i giardini sono immacolati e le unità sono abbastanza spaziose e ben tenute. Tra i servizi offerti in tutta Hilton Head Island, Shorewood è a due isolati dal Coligny Beach Market, una pittoresca area del centro che offre agli ospiti una vasta scelta di ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti per tutte le età.

The property was well suited for our group. It was clean, well-stocked with what you would need for a week long beach vacation and well laid out. The property manager was active, communicative and clear. Lastly the location is terrific. In the past we stayed in Sea Pines but really liked being within walking distance of Coligny. The condo complex is also well maintained. One item to point out that is that to get to the two bedrooms upstairs you use a spiral staircase. This isn't a criticism and we were fine with it but older adults or people with babies or toddlers could find it difficult. Again, we didn't have an issue with it.

Excellent location, easy to access. Close to shops and dining. Beach easy walk path. Only thing that could have been better was pool too shallow and small but stayed on beach most of the time.

The property is in a great location, very pretty grounds and well laid out unit with plenty of space. There was an issue with bugs that was addressed but not completely resolved before we left.

The condo was perfect! Our family of 5 kids plus my mom along to help was able to spread out with the 3 well appointed large bedrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful with lovely tile showers. The kitchen had everything we needed.The condo complex features a large enough pool for a morning lap swim which my husband enjoyed and it was sooh good that it was heated for our stay in March with temps in the 60s. The beach is right there. just steps from the condo. Sea Pines nature preserve was a short enough bike ride away that my 6 year old had no trouble making it there and back. Even biked the beach for a 20 minute ride to Coast for dinner on the beach with live music. The place could not have been more perfect!!
