The location was great! The service was good too. I left a bag after we checked out qnd the door code expired. The lady I spoke with over the phone was super helpful gave me a new code no problem and we were on our way. It was nice to have a living kitchen and eating qrea in the room as well.

The shower curtain was a little slimmey and there was soap residue on the soap racks in the shower from previous guests. But overall the rest was clean.

Location,furniture was very very comfortable. Access to the beach, Ferry, shopping. It was very peaceful and the staff were very nice. We didn’t have to be concern with items being stolen off the truck which is a very big plus.

The room was not really cleaned to well. The room had a very strong fish oder, counters had food crumbs, dried up spilt liquid spots on them and night stands in the bedroom. The shower had absolutely no water pressure. We went an got cleaning supplies and a couple glade air plugs. We cleaned off the counters and plugged up the glade air plugs to get the fish smell out of the room. This is the reason we did not leave a tip for the cleaning lady. The name on the tip envelope was either Trish or Tish. We still would stay there again. We enjoyed the stay and te Staff

How everything we needed was there and how clean and adorable our villa was we were close to stores and the ocean it was perfect.

The unit was spacious and had all the amenties we needed. We liked the small patio area directly off our bedroom. We enjoyed a sunset walk on the private boardwalk through the marsh and across the small channel - definitely a highlight of our visit to Hatteras.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet, we would definitely have used it.

Everything was wonderful! Comfort, easy access, workable kitchen , clean, pleasant decor & good WiFi.

Rented through booking .com. 4:00 was the time they said we could get in. However even though the room was ready(had not been rented for awhile) , the front desk woman would not allow an early entry? I totally understand that time is needed in between rentals for cleaning, but this was not the case. Room was ready when we arrived at 2:00 & we had to wait until 4:00. Why wouldn’t we be allowed in early if ready? Also there was a part missing so the shower was not working. Unfortunately I found this out when I had already gotten in the shower. This issue was corrected in the morning by a great maintenance man.

clean Steph was great they even came out and lift the grill by the pool for me because you had to use a lighter and I always am nervous about that.

We loved the location & the amenities!

This facility was just like staying in our house. This apartment is comfortable provides plenty of room. The room is close to everything we went to see. This was a fair price for what was offered. We would stay here again if we ever returned to this area.
