View from the patio is exceptional! It’s a beautiful unit
Traffic noise. But not too intrusive

We didn't have breakfast provided but the host provided real milk in a glass bottle and plenty of tea and ground coffee, a plunger and toaster. So very nice.
The shower was great too.
Waking up to that view was the best thing, watching the sun change the autumn colours.
We will stay there again I'm sure.

The location was good, not far from town but not in the busy hub. Very clean with all amenities. Lovely host.
Pillows were a bit hard.

Beautiful view from our room in a stunning part of the world.
Lovely comfortable room. Not far to drive to Queenstown and plenty local eateries.
A bit of traffic noise from the main highway, and small bathroom but not too bad. The good far outweighs this.
