Charming villa, sea view, large swimming pool with bar, 2000m² plot, beach 900m away
Grande villa per 16 persone. La villa ha 2 lotti, 2000 m², che è abbastanza raro a Moraira, un grande spazio esterno completamente isolato dai vicini. 8 camere da letto, 6 bagni. All'ultimo piano: soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina americana che si apre su una grande terrazza di fronte al mare, dove personalmente amo fare colazione lì; 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Al 1 ° piano: 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni si aprono su un'altra terrazza che si affaccia sulla piscina e sul giardino. Al piano terra: 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno con vista sulla piscina 10X5m, doccia esterna. Accanto, una cucina esterna completamente attrezzata, forno, piano cottura, frigoriferi, ecc. Barbacoa, grande bar, tavolo per 16/18 persone e sedie a sdraio. Prato per rilassarsi all'ombra delle palme. Pineta di 900 m² dove i bambini adorano giocare a ping-pong. Sotto, un campo da pallavolo dove puoi giocare a bocce. Parcheggio per auto. La villa si trova nella città di Bénissa ma è più vicina a Moraira, distretto di st. Jaime, zona tranquilla in un vicolo cieco, vicino a negozi a 500 metri. Golf e tennis a 400 metri con ristorante con vista sul mare. Una spiaggia a 900 metri di distanza, 10 minuti a piedi, con un ristorante sotto gli alberi di fronte al mare. Sport acquatici a Moraira. Per gli escursionisti, ci sono belle passeggiate in montagna, con piccoli ristoranti tipici. Moraira, un ex piccolo porto peschereccio, è ora un piccolo resort molto piacevole.

Spacious villa with great outside space and terraces, ideal for families. Outdoor kitchen facilities are excellent with plenty of crockery, etc and the interior kitchen, although hardly used by us, is also well equipped. The bedrooms are of mixed size and decor, with some having the wow factor but a couple in need of modernisation. The pool was a good size, and not too cold, with beautiful surroundings. The area is very peaceful and it is a short walk to some nice family friendly restaurants or a short drive to Moraira which is a very picturesque town.On the downside, at the time of reservation through the UK version of Vrbo we were not informed that there would be additional charges for linen (160)and cleaning (300). We had already made our initial deposit before these charges were mentioned by the owner and although she said we could bring our own sheets, etc, that was not practical for a party of 12. Obviously, in order for a holidaymaker to budget accurately and make an informed decision, it would be preferable to have all charges displayed in English on the UK website at the time of the initial booking. Overall, though, we would recommend this villa but be aware in the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes in this area so sprays, etc are needed.

we had a great stay in the well-equipped house. the grounds are beautiful with great plants and options for some activities. Before the trip I was able to organize everything with the landlady without any problems and our local contact was also very nice. Overall everything was very uncomplicated

The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and tasteful. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We spent most of our time in the outside kitchen which is very well equipped. We used the barbecue several times, which was fantastic! The pool is large with plenty of room for our whole group of 14 and the grounds offer plenty of space for children to play. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views and the living room and kitchen are great spaces too! All levels are reached by outdoor stairways and this might not be ideal for toddlers.
The local supermarket is excellent, though you need to walk up a steep hill to get to and from it. The nearest beach, Calle de Baladrar is also a challenging walk so no good for older people or young children. It’s great for snorkelling though and we ate several times at the bar there. We walked and got the bus into Moraira which is a really lovely town. The beach is busy!
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you.
