Proprietà Premier Pacific Grove. Nuovissimo condominio nell'edificio Holman nel centro di Pacific Grove. Le ampie viste sulla baia da questa unità al quarto piano sono un punto culminante.

Sii tra i primi a provare questa straordinaria casa per le vacanze.
Parcheggia nello spazio sotto l'edificio e raggiungi a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Pacific Grove: ristoranti, teatro, gallerie e negozi.
Poco più di 1 miglio al Monterey Bay Aquarium e Cannery Row. Cammina lungo il sentiero ricreativo che confina con la baia.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sweet Thursday condo was a wonderful vacation experience. Having retreated to Pacific Grove for many year, it was a pleasure staying in the historic Holman Building. The condo has everything you would want during your stay. Everything is a pleasant walk away and the building safe and well kept. Sanctuary Vacation rentals were easy and very responsive to questions and protocol. Will definitely plan our next stay with Sanctuary and hopefully Sweet Thursday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for January and February 2024. It was fully equipped with everything you would need, short of food and personal items, for your extended vacation. We thought the beds were too soft for our liking. We had a power outage for four days in the building due to a strong storm and had to move into a hotel during the outage. The Sanctuary Operations Manager, Pravinesh, was very responsive and compensated us for losing food and time away from the condo during the storm. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals was fantastic in their response to the situation. I highly recommend this condo, especially for the view. There is a hotel being built next door, but the little noise during the daytime didn't bother us. We were told that when the hotel is complete, the ocean view from the family room and kitchen would not be affected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked for January 2024 and were so impressed with the condo we booked for February as well. The condo is stocked with everything you would possibly need for an extended. The only downside for me is the very soft mattress in the primary and secondary bedrooms. My preference is for a more firm mattress. Secured underground parking stall 9 worked for our GMC Acadia nicely.
