Un tranquillo quartiere elegante di case di nuova costruzione circonda questa grande proprietà in affitto. 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi, recentemente arredati e decorati nel novembre del 2017. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, le camere da letto sono dotate di materassi molto comodi e di tutti gli elementi necessari per una fantastica vacanza. L'area della piscina offre una vista sul bacino e si trova su un canale di accesso al golfo. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono riscaldate elettricamente e possono essere utilizzate tutto l'anno.

La Das Haus è avvenuta nel novembre 2017 da Grund auf renoviert e mit ganz neuen Moebeln versehen. Architektonisch is das Haus mit einem Ziegeldach ausgestattet, die Einfahrt sowie die Terrasse sind geschmackvoll mit Pflastersteinen belegt worden. Die 4 Schlafzimmer, sowie 3 Baeder bieten alles è stato un vero e proprio Feriengast im Urlaub benoetigt. Das Ferienhaus Casa Maria ist fuer 8 Personen ausgelegt. Ein elektrisch beheizter Swimmingpool and Whirlpool stehen Ihnen zur Verfuegung und ermoeglichen es, dass man das ganze Jahr schwimmen gehen kann. Geniessen Sie den Blick auf die Kanalbucht hinter dem Haus sowie die Moeglichkeit mit dem Boot auf das offene Meer zu fahren.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought the owners put into every detail. The furniture throughout the home is truly top-of-the-line—stylish, high quality, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.The pool and hot tub area was a major highlight for our family. It was beautifully maintained and became our favorite place to relax and unwind together. Whether during the day or in the evening, it felt like a private resort experience.The beds deserve special mention—exceptionally comfortable! Everyone in our family slept wonderfully, which made a huge difference in how refreshed we felt each day.Lastly, the host was outstanding. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and memorable vacation rental. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Enjoyed the pool very much and the hot tub too once it was fixed. The house was amazing and beds super comfy.

The property itself was very nice. Unfortunately, when we arrrived late in the evening, the temperature in the house was 91 degrees. We made contact through the emergency number, and were able to move to another rental three houses down. That rental was nice as well, but much less than we were looking for in regard to number of rooms and baths. To me, we made it work but it was quite a step down from what we rented originally. I reached out about the possibility of a reibursement of some sort, but was told the contract stated they could move us to a comparable unit with a reduction of any sort. I didn't feel like arguing the new house was "comparable" (it was not), so I let it go.
Overall, they were very quick to move us to another house, and I do appreciate that. And, while the house itself was very nice, we did come to find out it had issues as well, with the pool. The skimmer did not work, and per the pool maintenance people, they had turned it off due to a large crack. The skimmer that was provided for us to skim the pool had a large hole in it, rendering it unusable. So, while it didn't prevent us from using the pool, it was another inconvenience. It seems to me, while the house itself worked out okay for us, it (they, actually) were not very well maintained.
