The caretaker was friendly. And was the only saving grace.
The lift does not work, and we had to take four flights of stairs with our luggage. The place is infested with Roaches and ants not meant for families. Would not recommend

It's really a good plce to stay with family nd friends. Highly recommended one.
We recahed there at 4pm. Usually its for 24hrs from Check In TIme which means, next day evening till 4pm we should have stayed there. But they said till noon 12.00pm. which hadn't completed 24 hrs.

Property clean and good.
They don't have any staff for service and they unable to provide breakfast due to no staff. In booking.com they listed as Breakfast included in the price.

Once complaints were raised, positively responded.
No power back up, during continuous power failure.
No Hot water facilities at present.
No sufficient entertainment facilities in tv/channels.
Not been provided certain basics facilities, like no flasks for hot beverages with bf meal.
No door mat outside wash rooms.
Rooms are not fitted with any emergency lighting if there is any power failure.
