Very friendly host, the environment is really good. Came all the way from Kuala Lumpur for a staycation and it chill me out a lot during the stay.

The room is very nice, clean, and fully equipped. The building area is also easy to access, making it convenient to go in and out. It was really great, especially with the New Year celebration held here. May you continue to be blessed with abundant sustenance.”

The host should be transparent on the balcony seaview is interupted with construction and construction noise even on weekend.
The balcony view is unpleasant and the host require disclosing PDPA info full-name with IC number in order to issue visitor QR code. in general strata practices, info for QR code for visitor parking is sufficient with name, phone number and vehicle number. You will only aware of this requirement when you have made booking. If you're particular on the PDPA - staying at legitimate hotel chain is more suitable option instead of Timurbay.
