We stay at edgewater every summer and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Pictures are very accurate! When we arrived there was a mix up with the cleaning of the condo and the owner was very prompt in responding and made sure it was cleaned right away. Full size washer and dryer was a bonus! Also loved having an ice machine and water dispenser in the refrigerator. Rooms were very spacious and lots of closet space. Bathrooms were updated and very clean as well. We will definitely be returning!

Checked into this property to find that the bedding had not been changed and was filthy. Called the property manager and they were quick to come change this out for us. However the rest of the property could use some cleaning TLC as it was obvious it had not been vacuumed very well and could use a very deep clean. The toilet in the guest bathroom had a problem flushing. Overall the property is nicely updated with great views. Pools were very clean and the beaches great. We ate our lunches and one breakfast at the Oceans restaurant on-site and everything we ate was great. Some of the best food we had our whole trip. I would recommend this unit and would stay again if the cleaning crew was upgraded.
