Really nice appartment, fresh and modern with an excellent kitchen. Washing machine and air condition as well. Location of the apartment is also really good, close to everyting, coop, bakery, busstation, bars and restaurants. The balcony had view over the piaza/car parking.

It was probably a little to close to the bars and restaraunts since there was bars at the bottom floor of the house. Some nights they where very loud and had open to around 3 in the morning. Even if the windows when closed took out a lot of sound, you still woke up middle of the night someone screaming, random bar noise and high music. The kids had a really hard time sleeping. The outer unit of the air condition was placed on the balcony, so if you want your appartment cold you cannot sit on the balcony since it made a lot of noice and also the warm air from the outer unit was directed to where you are sitting on the balcony. So if it was already warm to sit on the balcony you now also have like 50 degree air blowing right at you. Also the table on the balcony was to big, so you couldnt sit around the table, there was no room on the other side if someone was sitting on one side.
