Pool was closed, no local channels to watch game, found blood spots on the wall in the bathroom.

breakfast started at 7:30 on the weekend so I wasn’t able to use that

smoke alarm went off around 4am and fire trucks left, but alarm kept going off = someone did not know the steps to resolve this or who to call. I ended up sleeping in my car since the alarm would go off every 5 min or so.

Very shiny new place, very clean comfortable, in a great location, guy at the front desk was great.

Hotel was in a good location near where we needed to be. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly.

The room was in need of some construction updates. Shoddy repair work was evident. A bit overpriced for what we got.

Great selection of breakfasts foods, beverages and set up and dining area were very clean. Hotel was very clean and tidy.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites was wonderful. The beds and pillows were fabulous! The only down side was the lack of water pressure which I found surprising at a newer hotel. Please address the water pressure issue!!

I was happy that you provided a kitchen area, but utensils would have been good. Most of the staff were very unenthusiastic and not very hospitable. We were not told that there would be no room cleaning service for the duration of our stay, so on the second day I went to ask and was informed that it wasn’t being done because of covid. I asked for our towels to be refreshed, she wrote down my room number and we never got our towels. We also had to empty our own trash cans because there was no cleaning. I do this at home no problem but it irks me that I had to pay for the privilege of cleaning up my own room. The building itself was not constructed to dampen noise because the upstairs room kept us awake for hours due to them stomping around.
