Benvenuti nel quartiere storico di Charpentier nel centro di Lake Charles. La nostra unica casa dal design industriale moderno è perfetta per tutte le occasioni. A piedi o in bicicletta fino al lungolago, parchi, caffè, ristoranti, bar e luoghi nel nostro centro storico. Facile accesso ai casinò Golden Nugget, L'Auberge e Isola di Capri a pochi chilometri di distanza. Luogo perfetto per eventi / festival. Cammina a pochi isolati e sei nel cuore del centro.
Spazioso, nuovissimo, due piani, 3 camere da letto, 2 1/2 bagni spazio industriale nel centro di Lake Charles. Splendida cucina, soffitti alti, master suite con vasca da bagno e balcone per godersi un bel tramonto. Dotato di elettrodomestici nuovissimi, lavatrice / asciugatrice e internet gratuito.

We came for Smoke and Barrell Fest and the location was perfect. Walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. The house was perfect for the 3 couples. Definitely worth the stay if you want to experience downtown Lake Charles.

Now I see why no exterior pictures !
Home was nice and clean but unfinished . Several rooms without any window coverings . The neighborhood is very run down and felt semi unsafe. There is an adjoining unit that had old tires , a bumper , an old mattress etc on the back patio which we had to look at for our view along with abandoned run down homes. Directly across the street is low income apartments . If you’re planning on staying inside the entire time you will be fine as long as you bring blankets to hang over the windows that had no blinds . The host is very sweet and I’m sure once he gets the unit finished and the surrounding area possibly improves it would be a nice place to stay . It is a short walk to downtown but there is nothing really open to do with the exception of Lunas that was a fun spot ! I wish them luck with this property.

Well appointed, comfortable. Large kitchen/dining area, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. The Politz's are good, accommodating hosts; we'd definitely stay here again when in Lake Charles.

Check-out procedures
The house worked great for our family. No issues. The check-out procedures said we had to strip all the beds, put dirty towels in the washer and start, fill the dishwasher and start. If you are there on a Sunday, they asked us to move the outside garbage can from the back to the front yard. I have never been asked to do this before.
