The independent entrance leads to the first floor that features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom.
Three of the four bedrooms have direct access on the panoramic terrace equipped with sun beds and little tables.

An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor that features a fully equipped kitchen, another bathroom and a big living room that has access to the large terrace equipped with sun beds, an external shower, a laundry room, an outside dining area and a ping-pong table.

Another little independent single bedroom with an en-suite bath is reachable from the terrace.

All the bedrooms and the living room features A/C.

Having a car is recommended and, for large group, it is better to have more than one sedan cars instead of a van for matters of parking and because the access to the villa is via a steep and no large street.
The villa features a private garage (It is 4.5 meters deep, 3.5 meters wide and has a height of 2 meters) for one sedan car.
Additional cars can stay in the white stripes along the condo or in a little area - not reservable - close to the villa.

The villa also enjoys a private access to the beach in a private area.

To be paid at arrival in cash, tourist tax 2E per day per person, final cleanings 200E
