Excellent house in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for dining in. We were very comfortable during our stay.

The house was very well-equipped and clean and nicely situated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (as did the bathrooms). You can walk to a supermarket and to the town. The only complaint was that the back patio area was pretty dirty when we got there. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

The house was great !! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful kitchen, bathroom upstairs and downstairs, great deck area outside and grill but it rained on the days we could’ve hung out. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s going to spend time in Clayton for sure !!! Ashley is very easy to get ahold of for any questions too.

We loved the location! It’s close enough to walk to restaurants in Clayton and there is a glimpse of the river from the house. We couldn’t get in to the house when we first arrived. I did not get check in code from the host. After making a few phone calls to VRBO and Ashley we got in. The house was not as clean as I would expect. We had to clean up a mess under the trash can in the kitchen and wipe down sticky handles on the fridge. There was mouse poop in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. A layer of dust on the top of the king bed headboard. We had to wash the sheets due to pet hair. There was white pet hair all over the steps and in the bedrooms. The K cups were over a year expired and the creamer cups curdled. The furniture and tables on the patio were covered with bird poop and leaves. There were no Kleenex in the house and we had to buy some. I expressed my concerns to Ashley and she offered to send the cleaners over but we had already cleaned up the mess. Ashley is very quick to respond and I had no issues with her. I think she needs to hire different cleaners. I would not stay here again.
