Condominio all'ultimo piano con balcone in ferro battuto con vista sul parco e carrelli che viaggiano su Main Street. A pochi passi da tutte le posizioni del centro e veloci corse UBER economiche in città. Puoi effettivamente vedere l'insegna del tetto Peabody dalla camera da letto sul retro. Solo un isolato dal famoso Rendezvous e un altro pochi isolati da Beale Street, FedEx Forum e Mud Island. I chose this location because it was the halfway point for my wife and her twin sister to meet for their birthday. David, my brother and Tracy live in Oklahoma while Stacy, Tracy’s twin sister, and I live in North Carolina. It was an enjoyable experience. The food was amazing at each place we chose to dine.
I can see future visits to Memphis and this rental if it’s available. The condo met our expectations and more. I will recommend this Condo to friends who may be visiting Memphis.

The property was very nice and accommodating for my husband, daughter and I. There is an elevator which made it accessible. Communication regarding specifics for check-in and check-out was good. Parking was explained prior to booking and I found it easy to navigate. This was my first booking and I would definitely book again. The only hiccup was when placing the reservation a lowered price was noted; yet upon booking completion the lowers rate was not reflected. All in all great experience!

From the booking, checking, location and communication with the owner, I couldn’t ask for a better place for us to celebrate my husband’s 55th birthday. This condo is in walking distance to all the major attractions. If you don’t want to walk Uber is easily assigned and so it the trolley at the corner

The place was perfect. Furnishings looked just like the pictures provided. So bright and airy… it was hard to leave and go sightseeing.
All questions were answered promptly about arriving.
People in the area were great. So close to everything that we had no issues in walking.

Our group loved the skylights and windows overlooking the park. Beautiful condo and a great location downtown. Can walk to many restaurants and attractions. Jon was in contact with us quickly if we ever needed anything! Would highly recommend!

My fiancee and I along with one of my co workers got the chance to book and stay at this listing in mid May 2023 for about a full 7 days and it was just fabulous. Our first time to Memphis, so we wanted to be downtown and this listing was a wonderful location and choice.
The Peabody Hotel is a few blocks away if that, and was a fantastic place to walk to and have cocktails or check out the lobby stores including Laskys Clothing Store (This is the store where Elvis would get tailored in hiis earlier days along with BB King, Etc.) and some unique other gift shops. There are numerous restraunts and lounges, nightlife, etc. within minutes walking from this listing's location including Beale Street of course!
We loved the propertys interior decor and styling, and overall nostalgic feel of the building itself, but with a modern day pazaz if you will once you enter the unit itself... very cool indeed. The area is decently quiet in the night hours from our experience. There is a walgreens about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the building and a wonderful park area situiaed across the street from the location which is completely visible from the unit balcony.
The unit was nicely stocked with everything you would need kitchen wise, bathroom wise, and of course bedding wise... so thumbs up to this listing for all the courtesies and guest considerations that were in place for us upon arriving!

We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.

My sister and I stayed, and absolutely loved it. Furnishings are gorgeous AND comfortable! It's Very light and airy and quiet? Trolley was very convenient. We did not have a car, but the location is good for walking and trollying. We ate a couple times in the little River Deli right below. Good food and super nice people. We loved everything about the apartment and would stay there again.

We were in Memphis last week - a city we had never visited before. Renting a VRBO is always a little risky. This one paid off BIG TIME. It's gorgeous and very comfortable and clean. There is a trolley stop that will take you all around town. $1 per ride or $2 for a day pass.
The only downside to this place (though it did not affect us) the elevator is VERY VERY small - no more than 3 people. But, it did not pose a problem for us. I would rate 5/5 stars for the property.

Staying during the St. Jude Marathon- perfect location for all we did- race, restaurant, and bars- clean, well equipped, and super comfortable. We live just outside Memphis, and when we stay downtown in the future, it will be only this place.

We had a fabulous time! The layout and the skylights made the space so amazing. The refrigerator was super chill for champagne! We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was stocked. The location was great for walking. A fabulous time!

This is a beautiful space with a huge living space and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We were there on Veteran's Day and a parade when by at the end of the block you could see from the balcony. The only thing to remember is that parking is in a garage and usually $30 per night so plan that price into the cost of the penthouse.

This is a beautiful spacious condo overlooking the park and convenient to local attractions. Our road trip took us to Bristol VA/TN, Knoxville, Memphis, Nashville, and Louisville. We rented several different properties and this was by far our favorite!

My friend and I came here to get a way from Dallas for a few days and to visit some friends we haven’t seen in a while. The property was a great choice, for us. The location, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere of this place was great. It had enough space to host a few friends over as well. I enjoyed it!! The host was great and had knowledge of the city and listed things we could do. I’d rent it again when I’m back in Memphis.

Needed a place to stay for a concert Friday night. Close to all of the action in downtown Memphis. Great food within walking distance, as well as the entertainment of Beale Street. Host was timely with communication. Beautiful decor and great space! Will definitely use again when going to Memphis.

I also appreciated Jon's suggestions on dining and live music & for making himself available for my minor questions I had upon arrival.
We caught the Memphis Grizzlies NBA game and visited the National Civil Rights Museum. I'll be back.
If you're looking to stay in a place that offers full upscale amenities, spacious bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan overlooking a park as well as a balcony that was great for taking family pics and/or selfies I highly recommend!!
My only regret is I didn't stay longer!
