Ok place if you just want to sleep and do nothing.

Nice cabin once we were relocated. Well equipped and in much better location. Very quiet and chilled atmosphere. Rental bikes daily rate very reasonable. Staff helpful in dealing with issues but very limited as to what they can do. Grounds are kept very well shame they can't do same for the pool.

1st cabin we were given was infested with ants, and a long way from the restaurant. We were relocated next day without fuss to a much nicer cabin. However this park is probably one of the dullest Eutoparcs has. Don't be fooled by the pictures on Booking.com. the pool is nowhere bear as glamorous as the photos. And was dirty with algae and bird excrement. The bar/restaurant closes at a ridiculously early 8pm and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays doesn't open at all. The park is very isolated so you won't get there without a car. The facilities here are all round rather poor. There's nothing going on after 8pm. The cocktails in the bar (when it's open) are expensive and pitiful.

Really did enjoy the place, what I didn't like did not detract from a lovely location

The area and location were perfect. Easy to relax, read and enjoy the surrounding areas, wonderful. The staff were very nice people, always polite and smiling

The "cabin" was certainly done on a budget, it would have been nice to have a sun lounger. If you want a decent cup of tea, I would recommend taking your own cup, theirs are very small.

So bad we left 2 nights into our 10 night stay, after my partner broke down crying.

Our stay was so bad we left 2 nights into our 10, after my partner broke down crying from how bad an experience she was having. We rented Tiny House 2 and it was horrible. The bed was not as described (they've since fixed it), the photos were misleading in how much space the loft had, the climate control was terrible (indoor heating was very uneven if it got cold outside, house became unbearably hot if it was hot outside, and no way to open the windows without letting in tons of bugs that constantly clouded around them). The picture of the skylight was misleading as well, as it was filthy and basically unusable. On top of the issues with the house, the venue had issues as well. We were unable to order food our first night there despite their assurance that the kitchen would be open until 8PM due to some glitch with their app that the staff couldn't fix, or offer any workaround for, despite an hour of effort. Also the pool advertised on Booking and on their site was not available until a week after our stay, as it was supposedly "too cold" for it, despite temperatures of 20+ degrees C. The available dates for the pool listed on their site are hidden behind multiple clicks, with no indication at any easy to see portion that it might be limited, like an asterisk. After all this, we tried working something out with the on-site staff and they said they could do nothing for us. They offered to send someone to fix the temperature issues but the person came, looked around, and concluded "yeah sorry it gets really hot in these ones." We were offered no refund of any kind by Europarcs, and the best Booking could offer was 1/4 the price, excluding taxes and fees (and of course excluding additional charges by Europarcs, like for towel rentals). Absolutely terrible experience, complete waste of time and money and effort.

A great place for a holiday with a toddler

We stayed here during the spring break with our 4-year-old child and really enjoyed it. The place is very child-friendly, with a kids’ club and animators, several playgrounds, and a swimming pool. There are also some nearby historical sites that are fun to visit with kids. Our cottage was cozy and practical – it had a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Free parking is available on the premises, and there is also a lake nearby. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Just a note – towels need to be rented separately, but that’s common for this type of accommodation.

Die Lage, der gesamte Park und das Personal waren perfekt

TV viel zu klein. Möbel sind alle ziemlich befleckt und gehören getauscht oder richtig gereinigt. Und beim Preis kam leider noch einiges dazu, was am Ende doch nicht mehr günstig war. Daher würde ich nie wieder über booking.com buchen, nur noch direkt.

Broodjesservice pas vanaf 9:00 uur dat is wel wat krap als je om 10:00 uur al uitgecheckt moet zijn.

Hygiene, omgevig en alles bij de hand in het huisje

Slaapgedeelte van 1.20m en de wijze waarop deze ruimte in de advertentie werd beschreven (vooral wat NIET werd beschreven), zowel op boeking.com als op de site van de host.. Op booking.com werd ook een verwarrende naam gebruikt,nl de naam van een andere woning.
