The hotel was absolutely perfect! We received some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. The reception staff were always available, friendly, and helpful with every request we had. When we checked in, they took the time to explain everything about the island and gave us great recommendations on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We would happily come back!

I honestly don’t know where to begin because our stay at SantAnna was beyond anything my fiancé and I have experienced. A very special thank you to Sofia, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Her greeting, recommendations, warmth and genuine care were incredible. She made us feel so welcome and looked after every little detail. Sofia booked us tables at restaurants that honestly felt like dreams, organised our quad bike, helped with our laundry and made us feel special in every possible way. She is an absolute asset to SantAnna and someone we will never forget. A huge shout-out to Christopher, who is genuinely the best bartender you could ask for. His service, personality and warmth made every drink even better. And Bill, thank you for greeting us every morning with the biggest smile and making breakfast feel like such a lovely part of our day. The entire team works so hard and yet everyone is incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. SantAnna genuinely feels like a home away from home. It’s comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and has that rare feeling where you genuinely don’t want to leave. We have travelled to some amazing places, but the hospitality here is something really special. The people are what make SantAnna unforgettable. If I could recommend one place to stay in Santorini, it would be SantAnna Luxury Suites without hesitation. 12/10 from us. We absolutely loved it and already want to come back! ❤️
