Ambiance, the staff and quality of the hotel.
I loved everything about the property, All of the managers and other staff members are top tier. Very clean hotel, not far from restaurants. Amazing views that are picturesque. Staff are extremely helpful, have to say that again. Thank you to all of you guys at Reverb, for making my experience great.

I love the location of the hotel. You are minutes away from all the attractions. Also, I love the private parking garage. You have to be safe with where you park your vehicle now. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean/dust free, lobby area was inviting, enjoyed the rooftop for the Superbowl. Perfect mini-work-vacation.

It is a very modern and interesting hotel, well suited for all ages especially sports and concert goers. Located across from the impressive Mercedes Stadium, the location and amenities - even a radio studio - are outstanding.
The bar and restaurant area are spacious and comfortable. And the staff could not be any more helpful and courteous.
This will be my go to hotel in Atlanta.
Not in walking distance to other restaurants.

Que nuanca funciono la calefacción y el agua caliente de la ducha nunca salió , modernizan todo y se les olvida que sus cliente no siempre son jovenes adelantados en tecnología

Loved this hotel. Walking distance to the Falcons and Hawks arena, delicious (if not a little pricey) food at the restaurant bar, room was clean, spacious.
I can’t say enough about the staff. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but there were a few ladies working the bar/restaurant register who were very kind, a man - who I assume was a manager - that was on top of everything and went out of his way to help. And then, there was Donnie. From the second we walked in, he was friendly, helpful, greeted us every morning, assisted us with a safe way to get to State Farm Arena and overall just made our experience so much better.

Comfortable room, easy check in, bar/restaurant, rooftop bar, close to the concert we went to.
A few mishaps with the lobby bar, said they couldn’t serve food it was 8:30 on a Saturday night. Then a big crowd came in and they said the kitchen was now open. A few employees said some items for purchase were not available, then the next morning different employees said they were and we purchased them.

I was not able to enjoy the full comforts of the Hotel. With that said. The fitness center and rooftop lounge are both on point. Great staff ad well.
No drink compliments. Would have been nice to get a complimentary drink for a business traveler.

The hotel is located close to major sports facilities. This is an absolute plus. Very easy walk to them and other major tourist destinations.
I didn't like it was so cold in my room. I didnt like how close it was to homeless camp. It's kinda scary at night, especially for single travelers. There are homeless tenants very close to the hotel. It was daylight when I walked to State Farm, but it was dark when left the arena. I joined a group of people walking back to the hotel. Its was akward. I didn't feel safe walking down the street to get food. I went to sleep hungry. The room was very cold, possibly because I was hungry. The max temp was 75 which was still very cold.

Incredibly close to the Mercedes-Benz stadium. Couldn't be any closer unless it was attached. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Sparsely appointed room without extra linens or pillows. Self-service amenities area seems sketchy. Pre-arrival communication was poor after hotel changed my room type and raised the price accordingly without my consent. Slow elevators. Bars are loud and crowded; good for partying but not a good place to sit with a drink. Food is limited and unimpressive.

The property was very clean, up to date, and had everything you need but that was not even the best part of the hotel! The best part was the employees. They were all so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable,readily available, and eager to please. They are what makes this hotel spectacular!

I love my view it was great I made another reservation but I wish I didn’t change my first room because in the second room a lot of stuff wasn’t working like the air condition I had to call maintenance but because my bf wanted 1 bed Instead of 2 but he never even stayed so I don’t know why he requested it smh but overall it was ok u all need to add pool then it will be fabulous I enjoy my stay regardless although I was mostly outside doing activities with my boyfriend… I love it and I am planning to come back any time I visit Atlanta
I like everything I love my view just that the front desk agent well some of them could be more friendly some of the agents attitude wasn’t so friendly so you basically have to be thinking twice before approaching them but some was nice I don’t remember the guy name he was dark and slim he was so nice towards me and very helpful with the taxi situation

The location was great being that we were attending a game.
We stayed overnight to attend a game. We paid valet for overnight parking and then had to pay 30$ to park for the game. We spent 451$ for one night on top of having to pay to park twice. Also the girl at the desk when we checked in was extremely rude. My fiancé had his debit card locked so it declined first. She told us she couldn't run the card again because it declined. I asked to speak to a manager because that sounds ridiculous. She said ok but they'll probably tell you the same thing. The guy who came up ran our card without a problem. Also the drink station at the amenity closet wasn't working.

The room was very clean. The location is perfect if you are going to an event there. The staff was excellent.
No continental breakfast, 35 parking fee at their garage. No pool, no microwave in the room, the fridge was a little box that fits like 6 cans and was not cold at all. I paid for breakfast and it was not worth it. I learned my lesson, read everything before booking.

Walkable to the stadium, rooftop
Phone did not work soooo we couldn’t call anyone for help, “Alexa” was supposed to do everything in the room for you ie “ call housekeeping, turn lights off, room service “ it did not. They said they would send someone after I had to call on my phone to the 1800 #. Never did. We were supposed to get vouchers to the aquarium if you stayed over 2 or 3 nights. Staff gave me the run around about a promo THEY were having on their website. One runner for food so you can imagine the wait.

Love the staff and atmosphere, and the comfort of hanging out and spending time on the 1 st floor aka lobby but you would never know! Loved all the different areas you could go to within the hotel it was alive and upbeat energy
The Alexia wouldn’t work, the house keeper couldn’t speak English and I can’t speak Spanish!!
Don’t like you have to order food at the bar and I think the value of food vs price sucked! The AM bartender was rude and couldn’t handle the volume and was all over the place! It’s a shame we left on a dissatisfied customer service from him

Loved the atmosphere in the lobby area. My room was very clean and looked great. Also loved that it was right across the street from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Only stayed one night. There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was convenient because I was attending a concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Literally a 5 minute walk to my gate which made the experience easier. I loved the Alexa feature in the room and the wall lighting. The staff was also great and seemed prepared for the large crowd the concert brought in.
I wasn’t expecting the beds to be that low to the floor, but that wasn’t really an issue. I also expected more from the breakfast menu, but I probably should have checked that prior to my stay. The grab and go would have been great if there was more than one kiosk to check out, and the lobby was a little hot in my opinion. There were no wash clothes in my room, but I was only there one night so I opted for a hand towel to shower. One of my sheets also had a faint red stain. I didn’t know if it was blood, but since I booked a double room I just slept in the other bed.

Great location. Nice view. Alexa automated room. Hospital ice in the ice machine! The staff was great. The scent in the lobby is divine! I loved it!
Breakfast is overpriced for the portion. I had 2 sausage links on my sandwich instead of a patty🤦🏾♀️. A bottle of water is $4! For the price of the room, breakfast should be complementary
