The cottage was clean and comfortable in a nice location. Good kitchen facilities and a great shower.
The Sky WiFi showed "no Internet connection" and we had to go outside to find a phone signal or mobile data connection. We called the agent, Adams, three times but nothing was done.

Very pleasant, clean and peaceful. Would benefit from a DVD player in the lounge and or a smart TV. Otherwise very good. Free WiFi included.
As mentioned a dvd and or a smart TV would be nice. We don't go out in the evening, so that would have been nice.

This is a brilliant cottage. Very well equipped and comfortable. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent location coast and south downs both easily accessible
Would have liked a casserole dish in the kitchen equipment and another large saucepan. Would have liked to be able to control the central heating.some local tourist information would have been useful. Also there were table mats but no coasters

Good location enabled us to spend a day in Brighton and a day in Portsmouth.
The shower was slow to drain and may need unblocking. other than that all very good.
