Location and it was very clean and spacious

There seem to be an issue with damp as it had a damp smell which was noticeable as soon as you walked through the door

The kitchen needs updating

The property was lovely and in a lovely area, We visited some lovely areas around as well.

Great location. Beautiful part of Wales

House not very clean. Some items in one of the bedrooms left over from previous guests. Whole house needs a deep clean, especially kitchen. Had an issue with a overflow pipe leaking, it was leaking for over 6 hours. messaged the host but got no reply, phoned the number with no answer couldn't leave a message as it didn't have voicemail. One of neighbours came round to make me aware of leak. I told hom I was trying to get hold of host. Pump upstairs in locked cupboard was making a noise so ended up going round to neighbours house who got in touch with hosts father who was lovely and we got it sorted in end but still never got a message back from host, even though he had replied to other messages I had sent. Could have done without it really as we were on holiday trying to relax. House needs some TLC.
