The house was clean and beautiful the pictures do not do it justice.

The owner/management was rude and difficult to work with. Also if you plan to use the pool or hot tub know that to heat, fill, and to turn jets on or off you must contact them to do it and it shuts off every 4 hours so they must be contacted again and again. IF YOU CAN REACH THEM. We didn't have use for part of our trip due to them not responding! Then when I complained they threatened to charge me an extra fee that had never been mentioned before.

House was cold at night. Could not turn heat up.

It was a beautiful, well kept, safe property and provided plenty of space for our family. Also the hosts were very responsive, understanding and kind. The photos do not do the house justice. It is very pretty and comfortable.

I found it to be a bit over priced. You are already paying a lot for a 4 bedroom house so you can have amenities on your trip but then you have to pay extra to make them usable. There was a fee for heating the pool and spa on top of the daily rental fee and pet fee. We chose not to pay the heating fee and the water was very cold and we hardly spent any time in it so I could have saved money getting a house without a pool.The other thing was there are constant reminders everywhere about quiet times which kept us kind of uneasy. Just playing games around the table at night we were worried we were laughing to loudly. After days of being very aware of our volume the neighbors behind us threw a loud party that ran until 2:30 in the morning. Kind of frustrated me but nothing that would have kept me from staying there because I do understand the reasons for the rules.

The house had everything we needed. Great for a comfortable family getaway, or fun with friends! 15 minutes from the strip and 20 minutes from downtown. The outlets are 10 minutes away. Great location......
