A good value, clean and well appointed room in a quiet rural location. A warm welcome and an excellent breakfast.

Nice quiet location in the countryside
Bathroom was not en suite. This was not made clear in the initial write up
Cooked breakfast was previously made and held in the oven so was dry
No toast even though butter and marmalade was on the table
Might just have been a bad morning but was disappointing
