Very warm welcome by Yu-san, with clear instructions on the room facilities. Photobook of Nihombashi for us to browse in the room- a nice touch!
Washing machine with dryer (game-changer as this allowed us to maximise our activities without wasting time waiting for laundery), many power outlets
Many surfaces to organise things.
Kitchenette- when we arrived, each plate, mug, spoon was individually wrapped in plastic, giving a clean feeling.
Good shower and bathtub. Many towels provided.
Fridge had a decent freezer enough for 1 week
Supermarketand 7-11 is 3 mins away
Udon shop, pharmacy at T-CAT. T-CAT has regular limo buses to Narita and Haneda- self-purchase ticket machines.
The place is quiet. Nice neighbourhood with coffee places nearby, sweet/dessert shops, hojicha specialty shop.
Not much. Maybe extra pillows (I'm sure they would have provided this if I asked)

Big rooms with lots of items in the room like an iron, washing machine and lots of space in the room for our small family.
Our beds and couch were very hard an uncomfortable yet my parents room next door much better beds.

Clean. Near to stations.
Space was a bit too small. The air purifier in the room wasn’t maintained well.
