Beautiful location and apartment. Great views. Burj Al Arab can be seen. Great view of sunrise. Easy to check-in, and check-out. Free parking. Ali was very nice and helpful.

It's an apartment and not a hotel, so if you need any thing in hurry like an extra towel, any repairs, it will not arrive till an hour. There are no towels for the pool. No buffet breakfast. No restaurant within walking distance where you can go for a meal. Best for families who want a good view at a reasonable price + cook their own food.

Only thing I would say is one thing . And honestly it’s such a small thing, just mentioning it but didn’t impend my stay at all !!! is only nothing to wash the dishes or glasses or to dry it , only a dishwasher available so if u just wnat to wash smething small, no sponge to clean it with or a drying rack .

The room was spacious, exactly as the pictures, and the view from the balcony was simply amazing. It was an excellent experience from start to finish; from security, signing in, and keys all guided by messaging apps. all the stay and all the extra arrangement was done smoothly. even a surprise birthday party can be arranged very well, and with reasonable cost. the view of the whole Dubai strip at far can be both beautiful during day and night.. This place has become something rather special for me, and would definitely return when I have the chance. Special shoutout to Josephine Gitau, for coordinating our amazing stay in LUXE.

Almost all is great, amazing night view where the moon is always right in front of you.. the boat passing around the area play lots of loud music at night, but hey, whether you like it or don't, there is nothing the hotel can do about it. perhaps ask for higher floor if you don't like, or dance along the lower floor if you wish.

The apartment was well equipped and had a nice terrace with wonderful panorama. Property has huge pool available for their guests.

Please be aware that an inadequately large deposit of 2000AED must be paid at the check-in and will almost a week after you checked out! It is also necessary to inspect the apartment very carefully before the check-in, as any stain or immaterial things etc. (that is not common according to general hospitality standards) will be charged from your deposit after check-out at whatever replacement cost unilaterally desired by the owner!

2000 dhs for deposit is quite high No slipers, toothbrush and bath Rob in room amenities.
