La proprietà è molto chiusa a molte ottime posizioni; sono solo circa 1,5 ore dall'incredibile area del Lago Tahoe, circa alla stessa distanza dal grande parco Yosemite. Per la grande area di Sacramento e l'aeroporto di Sacramento, la casa è a soli 20 minuti circa. Visita lo storico municipio di Sacramento e il vecchio Sacramento mentre visiti Roseville. In città troverai molti luoghi da visitare come; il centro commerciale Galería, la zona commerciale delle fontane, la griglia dello Studio Movie, il Thunder Casino (a soli 5 minuti dalla proprietà) e molti ottimi ristoranti della zona. La casa si trova a circa 20 minuti da Folsom Lake e Folsom Outlets. Ti godrai un momento molto rilassato mentre ti trovi in zona.

La casa è molto spaziosa e ha un design moderno. Open concept home, con cinque camere da letto e 3 bagni. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare un ottimo pasto. Tutte le camere sono molto spaziose e con 3 zone soggiorno, tu e il tuo gruppo avrete molto spazio per godervi il tempo insieme. Situato in un Cul de Sac, è uno spazio molto tranquillo e rilassante. Per le calde giornate estive, la casa ha una grande piscina con un sacco di area del cortile e una griglia per i vostri barbecue speciali.

It was a perfect spot and great size for our family. The pool was a life safer. Other then the hot water was way too hot. Everything else was Great! We would stay again.

Perfect spot to stay for our swim meet in the area for several days. Exceptionally clean and perfect in every way. Thank you for such a great rental.

The house is lovely and fulfilled our needs very well. My problem with the property manager was slowness of communication and information we asked for. She did not approve us until the very last minute when approval was promised in 24 hours. We wanted to watch regular TV and it took 3 emails from me to get the password for Sling which I never had heard of. Even with Sling we could only get CNN and we are older and are not used to all the different choices when all we wanted was regular NBC etc.. We were at fault for not using the right box to get in but when I texted her to call me she did not. We discovered our mistake and got in. Previous reviews have praised her for responsiveness but that was not our experience.

This home is absolutely beautiful, with a huge kitchen that is a dream, spacious and VERY comfortable bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a very grand feeling. The backyard is the best with a beautiful pool, several spaces to relax, and a great table in the shade for dinner and/or conversation. Everything was perfect.
Our gracious host responded quickly and we had no problems or concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this home, as it's close to everything. I hesitate to share, because once the secret is out, everyone will want to stay here! 5 Stars for sure!

We loved our home away from home! This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet little cul-de-sac. My husband loved his daily runs along the paths of the nearby park. This is a very spacious home with ample space for a large family to comfortably stay for multiple nights. The bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds, not always the case in a vacation rental. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream! The best feature of this home is the backyard! The covered patio with the fan was a nice place to sit and relax while the kids were swimming. The pool is heated with solar and was perfect for swimming all day and into the evening. The homeowners are wonderful to work with and are very responsive. We look forward to making this property our home away from home while we are visiting family in Roseville.
