Clean and fabulous looking villa. Great view on the lake! The host also acted very quickly to our request during the stay.

Beautiful 3 story villa. Felt just like pictures. It is lovely and nearly every room has a beautiful view.
Recommend hiring a car as quite steep up hill, but is ok to walk down hill to bus stop as long as you have no major knee or hip issues.
We ran out of toilet paper after first night, there was only about one/two roll per bathroom, for 12 people. So we had to do an emergency shop in morning- check this when you arrive.
We also needed to request hand towels as they were forgotten but host delivered quickly.
Lastly, the several speakers don’t seem to work. Lounge bluetooth speaker can connect to phone but seemingly not the tv.

Great for a family of 4 couples and 2 children. Beautifully appointed with all facilities. Lovely outdoor area to lounge or dine.
The views are fabulous. Parking comfortable for 2 cars. Within walking distance (a fairly steep walk but ok if you are reasonably fit) to Baveno, which has everything you need, including boat service to the Borremeo Islands.
