It’s close to the beach.

We don’t like Vacasa!!! I booked this trip all the way back in July, for September. We live in Ky. We came all this way thinking we were getting two queen beds & a pull out couch. Instead we got one queen & the pull out couch. There’s 4 adults & one child. When we called about our room not being what was pictured m, all they offered us was to get our money back & to go somewhere else, which no one wants to waste time on vacation to look for another room when you thought you had everything you needed anyway. Then they offered to move us but WE had to pay the difference in the rooms. Or we could just deal with what we had. They were very rude!!!! I’ll never use Vacasa EVER again. False advertising!!!

Bathroom was not clean properly. Tub was not clean . There were beach chair on the porch under sitting chairs. Sofa needed to be clean.

We had two deaths in our families and could not come down to the resort. Would like to have our money back since we did not get to enjoy it due to funerals.

The location was amazing!

The only negative I have, is that the coffee maker did not work. But, as soon as I made them aware, they showed up with a brand new one!

I loved the location

The cleaning could have been better the tub had hair in it from the previous renter and the feel wasn’t super cozy other than that it was good for the price and location
