Very large room space, extremely very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is superb and super close to the Airport. Actually, it's only 3 minutes by the Hotel Car.

The breakfast was a bit not to the standard of the apartments but fine to go with.

Location was perfect and the Rwandese staff during breakfast and in other areas like reception etc. were all very courteous, friendly, very helpful, knowledgable and kind.

Breakfast is hit and Miss, some days it was ok, some days you struggled to find something nice to eat. You should have basics like sausages, bacon, chapati, samosas, and not serve just Chinese food, Local food and eggs. The Chinese manager is rude and the Chinese people that came to the restaurant were also sometimes arrogant to the black guests, they treated themselves like they are more entitled. One day one of the Chinese guests cleared his throat and spat in a sink for washing hands, no etiquette or consideration for other diners, this absolutely put off one of my nephews and he never came down for breakfast during his whole stay😖😔, most disgusting thing he had ever seen. The Rwandese staff at the restaurant were very helpful when we needed anything but seemed fearful of their Chinese female manager.

The property was just as described and even more. close to the airport, though a bit away from the town centre, but cabs are always available within the property.The breakfast, gym and swimming pool facilities are all great. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and would definitely stay there again and again.

Nice place, very nice and kind staff and I made of alot of friends. Clean, Very exceptional internet speed and connection all over. The Gym solid I explored and enjoyed myself in 5 nights stay. I was tempted to extend my stay but I already made 2 accommodation plans for my trip.

No AC but weather was very comfortable and fan was provided.

They should work on the internet so it can be accessible every place in the apartments and also the hot water, which most time is not hot to bath with and one end up not bathing sometimes due to the cold. They should also work on the breakfast with other meals, which is more of chinese meals.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Many thanks to all the staff for their attention and excellent service.

I've found my home in Kigali. The apartment is so lovely. It is clean, peaceful, serene. The facilities are well maintained. The furniture is simple and unique. I love the food-and it was very affordable. The pool is huge. Personally love the washing machine in the room; would help in travelling light. The staff are always smiling. I love them. They taught me a little of the local language. Murakoze (thank you) Phoenix Apartment!

Good-sized apartment, location not too far out from the city centre

Breakfast wasn't always labelled clearly (not ideal for people with specific dietary requirements) Staff communication could have been clearer at times

Clean , friendly helpful staff . Affordable Not English breakfast as advertised but Chinese breakfast -not for international guests at all

Don’t fumigate at night with windows closed while guests are sleeping this is a health hazard

The breakfast was ok. The location too. Just that the studio block 4 requires standing A.C. to manage the heat in the room during the hot day/seasons

The missing supermarket within the apartment location thats if I am to use the cooking facility when I miss breakfast or simple dinner.
