Bamboo Village Resort

Very nice staff. Lovely garden, bar area, reception and pool. Spacious bedrooms. Hot water. Comfy beds. Genuinely a place I would recommend to stay ☺️

Windows were damaged in bedroom and bathroom, so the rain came in and onto the floors. The door lock was always jamming. The air-conditioning was extremely loud! The poor peacocks have almost no space to live in the garden. This is a pity as the gardens are beautiful and the peacocks looked miserable.

The Chelete’s was nice and the atmosphere

The restaurant staff, they treat the guests like we have come to eat for free, not helpful at all, at the breakfast, I requested for the second fried egg, the rude staff in front of other guests said loudly that only one fried egg provided per guest, really embarrassing, secondly exactly 15 mins before the breakfast time finish, the buffet was fully cleared, even they don’t provide milk for the coffee and when I request, they rudely say breakfast time over, the fruits, they said it’s over, they really don’t care about the guests and no hospitality at all,

Rooms were large and attractive Breakfasts were plentiful and enjoyable Pool was amazing and hotel location excellent

One evening music event advertised 9 pm to 3 am... Music went on until 5 30 am difficult to sleep
