The lady at the reception was lovely and kind, bed were nice and warm, room was nice, got a bit confused about the curtains but got there in the end!
Nothing everything was great

Lovely size, well equipped including washing machine, spotlessly clean. Not that it mattered to us but our room was configured for someone who may have health challenges,it just gave us more room.
Very noisy mattress cover, every time oneof us moved in bed the cover made a noise, never cone across it before but apart from that all good. Our second stay at this hotel.

Well appointed room/apartment with everything I could need and more.
Extremely comfortable, very handy location and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location to CBD. The style of the room
The bed was so uncomfortable and old. You have to pay for an off street carpark. The air-conditioning was noisy rattling all night
